Cancellation Policy
We are pleased to cancel and re-schedule without penalty or administration fees up to 24 hours before your appointment.
However, less than 24 hours’ notice of cancellation, re-scheduling or non-attendance on the day, does incur a cancellation fee (see below), as we will/may not be able to re-use the time to support other clients.
- 24 hours’ and over – Full refund or rescheduling allowed*/**
- Between 4 hours and 24 hours – 50% of fee ***
- 4 hours or less – 100% fee ****
Thorpe Farm Rehab and Fitness reserves the right to cancel appointments with regards to health and safety including weather conditions and force majeure events.
NOTE:
* A refund shall be given at time of cancellation. Please allow up to 10 working days for refunds.
** If an appointment is cancelled more than three (3) times, Thorpe Farm Rehab and Fitness reserves the right to not offer an alternative appointment and request payment in full for any other bookings at the time of booking.
*** 50% of fee will be chargeable and shall be paid within 14 days if a deposit or payment has not been made.
**** 100% of fee will be chargeable and shall be paid within 14 days if a deposit or payment has not been made in full.
Water treadmill offer: all water treadmill sessions need to be taken within six months of the first water treadmill session for the offer to be valid.
